FAQs

Prison Island is an indoor adventure destination that offers exciting challenges and puzzles. Participants work together within a time limit to solve tasks in various cells to earn points.

Team up to tackle tricky challenges in different cells. These challenges tests your problem-solving skills, teamwork, and agility. To earn points, you must complete tasks within a specific time range, which varies from 1.5 to 5 minutes, depending on the cells.

We recommend a team size of 3-4 players for an optimal experience. Larger groups can split into multiple teams and compete with each other. The absolute minimum and maximum group sizes are 2-5.

Session lengths are 60, 90 and 120 minutes. We can extend existing sessions by 30 minute increments as long as we have the availability. We expect a group who are coming for the first time, who want to experience every level of every cell to need at least 120 minutes.

Every kid is different, so whilst we recommend our youngest players to be 8 years old, it is up to the individual parents discretion as to if they are up to the challenges. Whilst an adult is not required to participate, a parent or guardian will be required to remain on site and must take full responsibility for the behaviour and safety of the minors.

Prison Island is designed to challenge all ages 7+. If you are interested in a large event (15+ people), please use the contact info in the footer to discuss our event pricing options.

You may take photos and videos whilst within the cells, however please remember to have the permission of anyone you film or photograph.

You don't need to bring more than 1 team in order to compete in the high scores. There are both daily and monthly high score tables for our venue, the country, and globally for you to compete in.

It is easy to get caught up in the competition, but abusing any other participants, staff or the prison itself will result in your play time concluding early.
